The clinical presentation and severity of Dupuytren's contracture is extremely variable. This is a kind of fibroproliferative disorders of the palm leading to digital contracture. Recurrence of Dupuytren's contracture is relatively common after surgical correction, with reported rates varying from 2% to 63%, and it is quite similar to a feature of keloid. We experienced a case of Meyerding grade I Dupuytren's contracture that was successfully treated by surgery and post-operative radiation therapy. Primary radiation therapy has been reported, however, this was the first reported trial on post-operative therapy worldwide.
